Enjoy outdoor games like Jenga, Connect 4, relax on the daybed or pool loungers, and dine al fresco at the dining table. We even have a heated outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand.

The guest bedroom features a king-sized bed, and the bunkbed room has 2 full and 2 twin bunk beds. Each room has convenient amenities like USB ports and charging stations.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise ordinances are strictly enforced by the City of Bradenton to maintain our vacation rental permit. A warning will be issued for noise violations during quiet hours. A second offense incurs a $300 fine and eviction without refunds.
Smoking & vaping is strictly prohibited except for the front porch. A $100 fine for any cigarette butts found.

All reservations booked on our website require a full payment at the time the reservation is booked. For a smooth check-in, fill in the pre-check in form sent to you after confirming your reservation.
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your Reservation within 24 hours of booking your Reservation. You are entitled to a refund of 50% payment of your reservation if you cancel before 14 days of your reservation. No refunds are issued within 14 days of arrival.
Yes, we can accommodate well-behaved dogs for a charge of $100 for the first dog and $50 for the second dog. There is a maximum of two dogs at the property. There is also a fully refundable security deposit of $300 that will be returned to you within 7 days if there is no damage. Excess messes or pet hair will incur a $150 charge.
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or in the backyard. But smoking or vaping is allowed on the front porch. Improper disposal of cigarette butts will incur a $100 fine.
Absolutely! We welcome children to our property and designed with them in mind. Examples include providing night lights, dining room chairs and table with rounded edges, dining utensils, books and toys. We also provide two pack & plays and one high chair. Please ensure there is a Water Watcher when children are in the pool area. We are partnered with BabyQuip where you can rent additional equipment (such as a car seat or stroller) through our affiliate link.
Absolutely! We have pool towels, sand toys, an umbrella, two seats, a heavy-duty wagon, and a cooler with wheels. We just ask that you do not wash any garments or towels in the washer without first brushing off the sand.
Check-in is 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. We can rarely be flexible on arrival and departure times. We can store your bags at the property if early check-in or late check-out is not possible.
